Lake Forest, IL is known for having an incredible historic preservation committee dedicated to preserving the vibe of Lake Forest.  These 2 homes are going up right next to each other and went through an extensive process to even come to fruition.  

Challenges

Making home construction exciting to watch is a challenge in itself.  luckily the designers and homeowners were willing to be on camera to help tell the story of these 2 homes.
